A graduate of the UP College of Law, Atty. Manzanares established his private law practice in 2011 after a government stint as Special assistant to the Secretary at the Department of Finance. The Firm is engaged in institutional law practice handling litigation and complex disputes while advising clients across banking, infrastructure, government procurement, and other regulated sectors.
The Firm operates within environments where statutory interpretation, fiduciary duty, and regulatory compliance determine capital deployment and institutional survival. Its cross-border engagements include defense technology, ODA-funded procurement, public infrastructure, and fintech. The practice advises regulated and member-governed capital systems on fiduciary structuring, governance design, and exposure management.

Lex Pilipinas is a subscription-based AI legal platform built primarily for Legal Education Institutions (LEIs), providing structured research, drafting, and learning tools. LEXAI is the company that builds, governs, and scales Lex Pilipinas, designing its architecture, pricing, institutional positioning, and long-term AI roadmap.
Lex Pilipinas has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Program. Lex Pilipinas was a Sub-National Competition Finalist in the FilipiInnovation Awards 2025. In February 2026, LEXAI was a presenter at the Legal Education Board (LEB)-Philippine Association of Law Schools (PALS) 2026 National Convention. From February-March 2026 Lex Pilipinas will be providing a trial access program for the De La Salle University Tanada-Diokno School of Law's (DLSU-TDSOL) Evaluation of AI Tools for Law Students Project.

With over two decades of experience in software engineering and AI cloud architecture, Mr. Erazo has designed and deployed scalable platforms for both private sector clients and national government institutions.
His work includes the development of property management and claims processing systems for the Department of Justice (DOJ); the World Bank-funded Philippine LGU Portal for the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG); enrollment systems for State Universities and Colleges in Region III under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED); and the JICA-funded ACSP Loan Monitoring System for LandBank.
At LEXAI, he leads platform architecture and systems engineering, structuring governance frameworks into reliable, traceable, and scalable institutional intelligence systems. His expertise spans conversational AI integration, secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, and structured data architectures designed for regulatory compliance, legal research, and institutional oversight.

A graduate of San Beda College of Law, Atty. Lautillo’s practice is anchored in litigation, with extensive experience in corporate, civil, and criminal proceedings. He represents clients in trial and appellate courts, handling complex disputes involving contractual enforcement, regulatory compliance, corporate liability, and statutory violations within regulated industries.
At LEXAI, he provides litigation-grounded legal oversight, ensuring that governance systems and institutional intelligence outputs remain defensible under judicial scrutiny. His prior leadership as President and CEO of a Qatar-based petrochemical company further informs his understanding of operational risk, cross-border compliance exposure, and enforcement consequences in highly supervised environments.
